Exchange Court, Salford – Green light for planning

Planning has been granted for what is going to be Manchester’s tallest building.

Salford council has agreed for the 44-storey tower to be built at Exchange Court an OMI designed scheme.

It will offer 349 apartments together with a lounge, roof garden, gymnasium, 24/7 concierge and basement parking for residents. Working for Renaker Build, VP were commissioned to produce Verified Views for the planning application.
