LIVERPOOL WATERS PLANNING SUCCESS
Liverpool Waters is set to welcome two new additions as planning permission has been granted for Peel Land and Property’s Plaza 1821, being built for the Regenda Group, and Your Housing Group’s Hive City Docks.
Plaza 1821, a £21 million private rental sector (PRS) development named after the year Princes Dock opened, will provide 105 apartments with spectacular views of the River Mersey and surrounding waterfront. Hive City Docks represents a £55 million investment, comprising 278 apartments with amenities, including a restaurant to the top of this 31-storey landmark tower.
Today’s consent announcements confirm 2017 as Liverpool Water’s most prolific year to date, with The Lexington also scheduled for development in the near future.
Our CGI reveals how the three new buildings (with William Jessop House) will sit on the waterfront.
