Plans to revitalise St Helens Town Centre have been produced by Muse. Working with Jon Matthews Architects and Planit, detailed plans to introduce a new market hall flanked by a hotel, residential and office buildings. Virtual Planit were engaged to produce the CGIs for consultation.
